Hi, my name is
Krishna Boreda
Developer · Problem solver · Pragmatist
I build software for the people on the other side of it. The work I care about is the kind that makes something measurably better for someone, a workflow that stops being painful, a bug that stops costing people time, a system that finally just works.
01 — About
A little about me
I'm a computer science grad from UT Dallas who genuinely enjoys the craft of building software - designing solutions, writing code, hunting bugs, and the small satisfaction of watching something I built land well with the people using it.
What I care about is impact. Code is only interesting to me when it makes something measurably better for someone — a workflow that used to be painful, a bug that used to lose people time, an integration that finally just works. That's the loop I want to keep being part of.
Five years in, my path has taken me from American First Finance , where I worked across an AS/400 backbone, PHP services, and a Vue frontend, to Sprinto, a modern SaaS compliance platform. The throughline has been spending more and more of my time close to the customer. That proximity has shaped how I think as an engineer. I've seen which kinds of bugs actually hurt users, which design choices cause confusion at scale, and what observability looks like when it's good. It's made me sharper about edge cases, more skeptical of happy paths, and more deliberate about the systems I help build.
Now I'm looking to bring that perspective back to building products that actually work for the people using them.
02 — Experience
Where I've been
Oct 2025 — Present
Remote, India
Senior Support Engineer
currentSprinto
- Program-manage support for Sprinto's enterprise customers (30+ accounts), coordinating prioritization with engineering, and keeping product looped in on patterns/gaps worth fixing.
- Launched and led the Integrations Support Pod, a focused effort to shorten the path from integration failure to resolution across 100+ third-party services.
- Closed small product gaps by shipping pull requests for engineering review, the kind of fixes that would otherwise have sat in the backlog as low-priority feature asks. The customer-side context came from me; the codebase access came from internal AI tooling, which I used to draft the changes and then took through review.
- Onboarding buddy and technical mentor for new hires joining the team.

Support Engineer
Sprinto
- Debugged compliance-platform issues across AWS, Azure, GCP, and dozens of third-party integrations, tracing logs in DataDog and Sentry, working through APIs in Postman
- Applied engineering-provided back-end scripts to resolve customer issues quickly: targeted data fixes, workarounds for missing functionality, and bulk updates the UI couldn't handle.
- Co-led the Support SME initiative, a tier-2 layer that sat between frontline support and engineering. Resolved roughly half of escalated tickets ourselves before they reached engineering, and turned recurring patterns into process improvements that made the support-to-engineering loop tighter.

Technical Support Developer
American First Finance
- Shipped production code to fix bugs and deliver enhancements based on customer needs and internal requirements, working across RPG, PHP, and Vue.
- Collaborated with the development team to architect solutions in response to business and client requirements, contributing to design decisions across the same stack.
- Worked Level 2 support for e-commerce API integrations and served as the primary technical contact for the largest retail clients on the platform.
- Ran root cause analyses on production incidents and owned post-deployment verification using Dynatrace, FullStory, and MySQL.

Software Engineer Intern
Text-Em-All
- Rebuilt a core component of the application on a newer version of Material-UI, adding stronger input validation and a smoother interaction pattern that made the app easier to use for less tech-savvy customers.
- Collaborated with CX and backend teams to translate user feedback into front-end improvements.

04 — Projects
Things I've built
Carpool — Ride Matching App
An Android app that matches commuters traveling to the same destination, with built-in chat so drivers and riders can coordinate directly. Built with Java in Android Studio, using the Google Autocomplete API for destinations and Firebase for real-time data and messaging.
AccessMyResearch — Social Network
Built social-network features for a non-profit research platform, including authentication, messaging, search filtering, and personalized news feeds. Worked on a small team using pair programming, with sprint planning sessions to define user stories held directly with the project owner.
Face Recognition Web App
A full-stack web app that detects faces in user-submitted images using the Clarifai API. Built with React on the frontend and Node, Express, and PostgreSQL on the backend. Includes user registration, sign-in, and persistent progress tracking. Deployed on Heroku.
Root — Search Engine
A search engine clone built to work through the fundamentals of web crawling, indexing, and result ranking. Supports text, image, and tag-based results, with crawled data stored in MySQL. Used Ajax to dynamically resurface popular results and replace broken images.
